Welcome to my world!!!!

Welcome to my world!!!!
This is the life that I'd like to have........carefree & relaxing!

This is ME!

I'm more of a listening person. If i don't converse much with people or friends, doesn't mean I'm arrogant. Sometimes just don't know what to say.....or sometimes I take more time to process info! Like my bubs calls me, "Fish brain". Duh....SLOW! Hehehehehe..;) It's hard to read my mind coz I don't open up much regarding my feelings....only ppl who know me very well knows. Overall, I'm care free on the outside....but always thinking and worrying on the inside. I'm so lucky to have Michael in my life! He makes my days more enjoyable and purposeful. You'll be seeing more of him in my blog posts.

I own these.

Once I started working, I was think to myself, "Hhhhmmmm.....what car should I buy?" I searched high and low for a car that I like and able to afford.

Of course I would like to own a BMW M5.....however, that'll just be in my wildest dreams!

The Honda Accord Euro caught my attention. It has the look of a BMW and had features of a Merc. That's what I think anyway. Besides Honda has got a good reputation for their cars.....very trustworthy! How wonderful!!!! So on 24th Dec 2004, I bought myself a very expensive Christmas present and collected it in Jan 2005.
I love my Euro!!!! I really do. However, after driving around for about a year, I got kinda bored with it. It's more of a family car and I'm not starting a family yet. Furthermore, most of the weekends, I'll be driving people home after clubbing. Sick of it!!!!
Therefore, this thought kept bugging me at the back of my head, "I want a sports car!".
The search for a sports car begins......... I didn't want to get a 200SX S15, although I like it heaps, coz my bubs own one. I would like something different. My bubs helped me with my hunt.....he got frustrated sometimes coz I was really fussy.
I test drove a few sports cars:
  • Nissan 350Z. (x3)
  • Porche Boxster. (x1)
  • Nissan Skyline R34. (x4)

None of them impressed me. Then one day, a black Honda S2000 with red leather seats caught my eye!!!! *BLING BLING* We went to test drove it.......and......I fell in love with it instantly!!!! Bonus......it was a convertable too!!!!

Here is my present car........my sports car!!!! Love every minute of it when I'm driving......especially with the top down. It's a 2 seater so.....only able to drive me and my bub around. No other passengers allowed!!!! Hahahahaha....;)

Sorry eveyone....pictures of my Honda S2000 will be up soon.......

The things we do.

Here are some of the things my bub and I do during our free time........

FISHING.....
Michael got me hooked into fishing when he bought me my 1st fishing rod close to mid 2006. From there, we tried jetty fishing, rock fishing, beach fishing, bay fishing and recently deep sea fishing. Here are some pictures of our fishing adventures....hahahahahaha!!!!

This is us beach fishing at Trigg beach at 6am. Our effort paid off!!!! Look we caught a rock cod and a bream.

This is me rock fishing at a place near Frementle called "North mole".

This is us fishing at Mosman bay. It's annoying catching blowies....they're pests! But I was happy....at least I caught something. Hehehehehhe..... ;) In the end, got a little side tracked and decided to do some shell collecting.

Our most recent fishing trip.......yesterday, Australia Day (26th Jan 2007), we wanted to do something different, quite and away from the drunken crowd. So we went to North Floreat beach to do some beach fishing. The weather was nice! Although we had no luck catching anything, we had a relaxing time and had a good tan. *SMILES*

CARS.......
Both Michael and I, we have the same interest in cars. During some weekends when there is an event going on at the Barbagallo raceway, we would go there and watch the drift competitions. Amazing how those drivers drift their cars....I wanna learn how to do that too! Expensive sport though.....if you crash you car.......*SOB SOB* We actually witnessed a crash once....we were like, "WAH!!!! A crash.....how exciting!" For the spectators it was great entertainment.....but don't think it was very amusing for the driver.

Also once a year Perth will hold an Auto Salon. We would go and check out the car scene there. Here is me with a Honda S2000 brought in from Japan. It's exciting for me coz I personally own a Black Honda S2000 with red leather seats. Look out for me on the road yah......very easy to spot me with my personalized plates "FLOJO". Feel free to give me a wave!!!! Please don't yell.......thanx! *WINK*

ZOO........
Finally, we made it to the zoo after "planning" it for months. It was a beautiful day!!!! Very relaxing........

BEACH.......
Whenever our bodies are not too flabby looking, we would make a trip down to the beach to get ourselves a tan. Michael loves to ride or dive under the waves........ as for me I'll end up swallowing several mouthful of salt water. By the end of the day, I'll be so dehydrated and feeling salty!!!! Hahahahhaaha....;)

BOATING......
Last year Christmas (year 2006), I bought Michael an inflatable 4 seater boat. We decided we should go test it out. I 'll laugh if the boat starts sinking......fortunately it didn't! PHEW! We had a great time rowing and attempted to do some fishing at Mosman bay.

MEETING WITH FRIENDS.......
We do get invited out to go for coffee, clubbing, attending friend's wedding and birthday parties. All of our friends lead their own lives and we tend to get very busy or tied up........ therefore, it's really good to catch up with our friends once in a while.

(left to right): Joy, me, Satty (Satomi) & Tomi (Satomi).
Steep tea is a very unique and interesting place we went in Frementle. Joy, Alfo and Ben introduced us to this place. It has all the flavours of tea you can find......great for tea lovers.

This is us at Bec & Atty's wedding. We went with Ben and Robyn. It was held at Sandolford Winery in the Swan Valley. Beautiful evening!!!!

Bowling at Fairlanes bowling centre.........Cin's birthday (Year 2006). After, we went to the Hula Bula bar along Adelaide Terrace! Check that place out too!!!! I had their mocktail called "Sponge Bob".......the best drink hey!

Meet Aidwina......we went to her birthday party at Sharon & Steve's place in 2006.

Special occasions........
2006 Valentines' Day......my bub organized a really romantic day for us. He specially took a day off work and prepared a picnic basket. We had our picnic at Kings Park.

These are the food he cooked himself and organized. Love the Nachos he made.....that's one of my favourite food. He even made dessert......fruit cocktail jelly. Yummy!!!! While having our picnic, we enjoyed the wildlife (a pair of ducks waddling around) and the sunset.

This is the gift I bought for us.....it's a couple pendent.

The night before my 2006 birthday, Jessy was trying to distract me while Michael went to get my birthday present. First he surprise me with a cake......there is more......

He got out a nicely wrapped present. It was a Winne the pooh head cushion which also converts in a blanky. Cool hey! Wait there is more.....

Another present......A tennis racquet!!!! Since then, during our weekends we had a few games of tennis. Notice how all my presents are wrapped with my favourite colour purple....hehehehe....SWEET!!!!

On my actual birthday, I had to work during the day. However, at night he brought me to Frenchy's, a french restaurant in Como. After a wonderful dinner, we went to the movies to watch "Fast and the furious 3: Tokyo drift". That kept us on the edge.....once the movie finished, we hopped into his car and felt like drifting too. Don't worry we're more sensible than that......we drove home safely, but in our minds it's "DRIFT time!!!!" *Evil laugh*

OTHERS.........
If we've got no other plans in mind, we either go have a game of pool or go bowling. Well, anything to keep us entertained and spend quality time together. Last Christmas (Year 2006), Michael bought me a bicycle. We've been cycling a few times.

If there are long weekends, we would sometimes take the chance to travel down south. This is a picture taken in Mandurah city centre.
