Injuries!!!!

What a night! We had to rush Krams to the Murdoch Veterinary hospital. Initially we thought he was being abused as he came back all drenched in water and covered in oil with cuts. There were deep scratches on his face and punctured gums. Once in a while, Krams would use his paws to wipe his face and his tongue. He looked really uncomfortable!! What's happened?? We don't know.

PHEW! The vet then diagnosed Krams and thinks he got into a really bad cat fight. He had to have part of his fur on his head shaved and was given antibiotics. We didn't even know he was running a temperature. Poor thing!!!!

Not only Krams having injuries. Poor Girl Krams' tail is not working! For the past few days we haven't seen her tail moving. It's just been dragging on the ground like a mop. We've tried patting, moving, lightly stepping on her tail BUT she doesn't seem to react...... it's numb to all sensations. However, if we lift her tail up to a certain angle or position, she would MEOW really loud. Her tail has to be fixed!!!! VET HERE WE COME!!!!

I didn't think I was going to have an exciting weekend. However, my bubs has VERY secretly planned a surprise birthday dinner with some close friends. (23rd June 2007, Saturday) Come to think of it..... this is my very 1st surprise birthday celebration! How exciting!

We had dinner at Il Padrino in Northbridge, had our desert at Il Gelato, played pool at Pot Black and had some bubble tea at Tea Fusion. What an enjoyable night! I hope they enjoyed their night too. THANK YOU for the lovely gifts..... I truly appreciate them but the BEST part was the company I had. It was PERFECT!!!! I LOVE MY BUBS!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

The food was nice. The ambiance was cosy. The only thing that scared us in the restaurant was the lady owner. She is one of the most abrupt person I've ever met. It was funny as all of us were making faces at each other and passing comments on how "aggressive" she is when she's taking orders. She wasn't rude or anything..... maybe it's just her personality. Besides her, I would recommend ALL to go have a meal at Il Padrino- one of the best wood fired pizzas in Perth.

This is the garlic prawns we had for our entree. It was delicious!!!! Initially, we ordered the chilli mussels..... we got there too late and it was sold out. (we were there around 7.45pm) That's how good the food is there. My Salmon pasta was just divine. Yum! Yum!

How my bubs got Joy's and Satomi's contact numbers???? Well, he was so clever and sneaky....... while I was taking naps or sleeping, he would go through my mobile phone and look for them. He said it took him 2 weeks to organize this. Words cannot describe how happy and surprised I was hey!!!! My 2007 birthday celebration is definitely an EXCELLENT one!!!!

Yes...... It's my birthday today!!!! Don't remind me how old I am coz I don't with to know or remember. Hahahahaha..... ;)

For those who are interested to know, I'm not doing anything exciting except to work and going for my body jam class at the gym. Hehehehehe.... ;) Oh yes and my bub is delivering lunch to me at school. LOVE HIM!!!! I'd like to keep a low profile on this special day of mine.

I would like to say a gigantic THANK YOU to all who sent me birthday wishes today!!!! I sincerely appreciate it hey!!!!

Definitely a pleasant surprise!

On the 14th of June 2007 (Thursday), my bubs was acting unusual. He asked me out for dinner..... his reason was to celebrate the end of his exams. However, I still found it odd...... bringing me out for dinner on a week night. Hhhhhmmmm........

Anyway, I went to the gym, did my cardio workout, and met him at his house. We ended up deciding to go to Frementle..... an Italian restaurant named "Sandrino". All of a sudden, sweat started pouring down his forehead. I kept my cool!!!!

Out of the blue, my bubs started asking me if I love him and am I his best friend, etc. My suspicion started rising......THEN...... he presented me with a jewellery box. I opened it and there was this white gold diamond ring with the words ,"I LOVE YOU!!!!". I was like WAH!!!! I remained speechless for a while.

He started explaining to me that it's NOT an engagement ring because he's not ready yet. My bubs call it a "commitment ring". This is to show his sincerity and loyalty to me. When the time is right, he'll present me with an actual engagement ring. How sweet and romantic is he!!!!

I couldn't stop beaming till today!!!! I am very touched by his gesture. (NOTE: I'm wearing the ring on my right hand ring finger) Please ignore my hairy fingers too! Hahahahaha..... ;)

I AM A VERY HAPPY GAL!!!!

Special lunch time.

My best friend from Sydney, Aminah, came to visit again..... but this time she had her whole family with her. (Cik Shuhada, Jad and Noah) Lunch was at Emperor's court. It was a special lunch!!!! It was so good to see them again. Take care and hope to see u soon Aminah, Cik Shuhada, Jad and Noah!!!!

Mum's birthday dinner

My dad specially flew in for the weekend just to celebrate my mum's birthday. We went to Blue Water restaurant at Applecross...... very cosy place! My bubs and I had the seafood platter for 2. Yummy!!!!

Girl Krams' chilli plant

I found girl Krams having an afternoon nap next to a chilli plant for some reason. I found it amusing!!!! Her nose was right at a chilli at one point..... it doesn't bother her at all. Until I brought out the camera, she started moving. She got annoyed and faced her back to me.... hehehehehehe.... ;)

What a pleasant surprise!!!!

On the 31st of May 2007, my bubs surprise me with a dozen roses. And it's not ordinary red roses..... but orange roses. They are rare! I've not seen orange roses before. It was beautifully presented.

At the end of a rough day at work, I was pulled to the room and "WOW!" sitting on his bed was a pleasant surprise. It made my day!!!! In addition, for the past few days I was crook with the flu, cough and asthma.......... this made it all feel so much better.

I asked Michael what made him surprise me with the roses today? His answer was so sweet and romantic...... "I wanted to surprise you with these roses simply because I LOVE YOU!!!" I was extremely touched.

I was advised to separate the bouquet, cut the end of the stems of the roses and straight away put them in water. This enables the roses to prolong their life span. So I did! My vase is not very impressive though....... hehehehehehe..... ;) As you can see I've used my old Fitness First drink bottle. The arrangement I made wasn't too bad hey! However, one of the roses snapped off from its stem........ *SOB*

I LOVE MY BUBS!!!! Today (2nd of June 2007), it's our 1 and a half year anniversary....... fantastic isn't it!!!!
